Viewcast provide a fantastic selection of encoding cards for PC.|
This range includes the Osprey 100, ideally suited to video only encoding solutions without any audio such as surveillance systems. The Osprey 210 is our most popular card used by many of our clients for connecting their cameras via composite video and RCA phono audio (as used by domestic stereo equipment and many mixing desks). The Osprey 230 is the next step up with the ability to take XLR balanced audio as used with professional audio set ups. The Osprey 260e is our card of choice for live webcasting providing a faster PCIe connection and the ability to connect component video.
The Osprey 440
provides the ability to simultaneously capture
and encode 4 independent audio and video channels,
and similarly the Osprey
460e does this whilst using a PCIe connection.
The Osprey 530
is a professional grade encoding card capable
of taking digital SDI inputs.
The Osprey 820e
doubles up providing dual video inputs allowing
either DVI, HDMI, VGA, component, composite or
s-Video and HDMI or unbalanced audio, and its
brother, the Osprey
825e is lower profile and has slightly
different specs to cope with more precise needs.
Finally the Osprey
845e provides encoding for 4 SDI channels
(either standard or high definition) with embedded
